This is not a rec room

We share our office building floor with some big Oregon insurance company. They take up the entire floor below us and have wedged 50 people on our floor into the same space we comfortably keep 30 with some room to spare. They're effectively a customer help/call center.
They're pretty gross, some don't bother coming to work put together, apparently the women's bathroom for our floor is trashed every single day. And then there's this recent development:

Sorry about the camera phone quality, I just snapped this when I had the chance. They use this corner of our lobby as their break room. Employees cycle through it throughout the day. Someone had the idea of bringing these chairs, and then keeping magazines out there.
Seriously? This is not a rec room, this is the lobby of a professional business building. It's part of the image our firm presents to visiting clients. That is not space you lease, camp out in, or hang out on the floor chatting. If you want a break room, don't wedge your company in to the space with no room to spare. It's not too polite to be blocking the maintenance closet either.
They also are fans of standing in the lobby outside a side entrance to our office to talk on their phones. They really do make great neighbors.
