Over the past month I've been emailing accounting firms in hopes of finding an internship. Also known as those things that pay for rent, food, and my World of Warcraft addiction. Obviously, being in Germany complicates this situation. I sent out resumes and emails to contacts found on websites and provided by my professor. Here's what I've got so far.

I was starting to get a little worried, because my list has a lot less options on it at this point. But at least two of them have a good potential of an amazing outcome. I'm getting really excited about getting an internship and an apartment (another post in the future), I can't wait for it all to happen.

One last thought, what kind of gift do I get for the professor who's taught me my future job, developed my interest in the business world, gave me the basis for my website, provided me with contacts to enter the accounting world, and put in a good word when contacted about me? Something from Deutschland of course, but what exactly?
